Rhodar Industrial Services Limited is a specialist enabling works contractor operating across the UK with an annual turnover of approximately £70 million, trading under the Rhodar brand as part of the wider Lexia Group. The business provides a full suite of enabling works - asbestos removal, demolition, land remediation and passive fire protection - delivered either as standalone services or as a fully integrated package, depending on the scope of each project.
Operating across a broad range of project types and values, Rhodar requires robust financial oversight and efficient operational processes to manage its business effectively. As the company has grown, so too has the need for systems that can grow alongside it.
With an ageing finance system that had stopped evolving and a growing collection of around 10-15 disconnected tools across the business, Rhodar knew it was time for a change. The goal was clear - replace a platform that had reached its limits with a modern, scalable solution that could bring the whole business together under one roof.
The solution had to go beyond simply replicating what was already there. Rhodar needed something that could handle core financials, integrate across the organisation, and provide a genuine single source of truth - built not just for where the business was, but for where it was heading.

Creative implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, configuring the system to meet Rhodar's specific financial and operational needs.
Creative delivered end-to-end training to Rhodar's finance team, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to get the most out of the platform from day one. This hands-on approach ensured a smooth transition and meant the team were up and running quickly, with minimal disruption to the business.

A system that has already made a tangible difference to Rhodar's finance function in just its first month of going live. The purchase ledger team has seen immediate efficiency gains, with invoices read and populated automatically - making the whole process faster and more user friendly than before. Payroll is running smoothly on a more capable platform, and the wider finance team are already beginning to see the time savings and operational efficiencies that the system will deliver.
A key part of that success has been the dedication of Creative's consultant Aaron, whose expertise and hands-on approach throughout the project made a real impression on the Rhodar team.
