Are you intrigued or apprehensive about the advancements in AI? Perhaps a bit of both? Regardless, AI remains a focal point of discussion, both inside and outside of the workplace, showing no signs of fading away. So, in this video, we’re bringing you into Microsoft's significant launch of Copilot, especially its integration into Business Central as a core functionality. Whether you have concerns or excitement about AI, our aim is to address those apprehensions or validate your enthusiasm. I'm Laura from Creative, and this is Dynamics Unwrapped…

So, let's start by understanding Copilot. Developed by Microsoft, it's a cloud-based AI tool designed to assist you, not replace you. It offers real-time intelligent support, and its being integrated into the entire Microsoft Dynamics stack as well as many other Microsoft products.

Given Creative's role as a Dynamics Business Central partner, let's explore how Copilot enhances this system's intuitiveness and user-friendliness in its latest update. Users now have the ability to ask Copilot about their data. For instance, you can ask it to retrieve an invoice sent to Conor at Contoso in November 2022, and it will pull the invoice from the system, therefore saving valuable time otherwise spent searching through your database.

Also, Copilot can be tasked with generating content and emails, predict customers late payments so you can plan ahead of time, and expedite bank account reconciliations. So, copilot significantly enhances system efficiency and accuracy in financial data management. Another advantage is Copilot's accessibility to all, thanks to its natural language model. No technical expertise or coding knowledge is required, making it user-friendly, time-saving, and efficient.

Microsoft has emphasized that your data is yours alone, ensuring that it won't be used to train foundational AI models, and this privacy feature stands in contrast to open-source models like ChatGPT.

It's also crucial to note that Copilot’s implementation across the entire Microsoft stack means that if you're already using Microsoft products like Office365, Dynamics CRM, or Power Apps, it has access to your data across your systems so why not choose Business Central as an ERP solution if you’re already using other Microsoft products? There’s no other software platform offering this extensive capability across such a breadth of applications. It’s certainly something to think about…

So, there you have it season 2 comes to a close and we hope to have shed light on the standout features of Business Central, explaining why it's the fastest-growing ERP system. But of course, if you want to know more then be sure to get in touch because that is dynamics season 2 unwrapped…

For instance, you can ask it to retrieve a sales quote sent to Robert at Alpine 3 weeks ago and it will pull the invoice from the system, therefore saving valuable time otherwise spent searching through your database.
